This is a SMA to So239 adapter cable.
It is 24cm (9 inch) long end-to-end.

The SMA male connector fits most of my products.

Using a small "Pig-tail" cable like this is useful when you have a thick cable with a PL259 that needs to connect to a SMA.

Using a short cable instead of a direct adapter means the strain from the thick cable will not be transferred to the small SMA connector.
