In new to this but i have a desktop model, I think the transmit is off frequency, I can't decode my own signal on my IC7100. The transmit is outside the 200 hz rx decode window. I don't have a freq counter but i was going to compare 10mhz to the 10mhz reference on my HP spectrum analyzer. How would you go about checking the FREQ, and how do you correct it
