Harry, I received my new WSPR transmitter and want to return the one that was bricked last January during a firmware update. I will return it in the same box the new unit will come in. Any rules to follow to get back to Sweden for reflashing ? Customs forms ? Value ? I have your postal address off the box for the new unit. Harry It has been a while since I had time to look at my bricked Wspr transmitter. I bought a programmer and am trying to use AVRdude to program the chip with the new code. Have you used this software before ? If so can you give me some guidance on the Command line needed to make this thing reload the programming Thanks In Advance Russ W4PGT

Harry due the costs of shipping to and from Sweden I bought a ATMEGA 3.3 V programmer and it arrived today .So I am going to take a whack at it. I need to know which specific ATMEGA chip is used in the transmitter. From reading the instructions that came with the programmer I connect the 10 pin connector to the matching socket on the transmitter. DO I then load the the hex file that I down loaded from this web site into the programmer software and let it push that into the ATMEGA chip, or is there another step in the middle.. I have never programmed one of these chips so any guidance will be appreciated 73 Russ
