Where repairs are performed

Typical repair time is a few weeks from the time the unit is received.

 

Cost for non‑warranty repairs

For non-warranty repairs, the costs are:

• Repair fee (fixed): $50

• Return shipping back to you: approx. $20

• Import cost for us (only outside EU): approx. $10

So for customers outside the EU, the total is typically around $80 ($50 + $20 + $10).

​Cost for warranty repairs

A warranty repair means the repair is free, but other costs may still apply:

• Return shipping back to you still applies (approx. $20)

• Import costs still apply for shipments from outside the EU (approx. $10)

When warranty applies

Warranty repairs typically apply when:

• The unit is less than 1 year old, and

• We determine the issue is a manufacturing defect.​

What warranty does NOT cover

Warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by for example:

• Damaged/burned output stage (PA / final amplifier)

• Accidental damage / misuse / careless handling

• Firmware erased/removed or other non-hardware “user-caused” issues
  If the issue is not covered by warranty, the repair is handled as a standard repair with the fixed $50 repair fee (plus return shipping and possible import cost as described above).

Import/customs (important for customers outside

the EU)

Import costs apply only for shipments coming from outside the EU.

To keep import costs as low as possible, please declare a low value of $10 or less on the customs declaration, and mark the shipment as:

“Return for Repair”
